Good morning!! Today I'm sharing this fun rainbow birthday card with y'all. If you've been playing in the Dare to Get Dirty challenges this past week, one of the challenges yesterday (Lori's) was to create a rainbow card. There's still some time to play in the challenges, so come join us!
I started by placing this Festive Stripes stencil from A Colorful Life Designs down onto some white cardstock. I then used three colors of distress ink (raspberry, mustard, and salty ocean) and brushed the inks over the stencil. Where the inks blended together, you will see that they created the secondary colors of orange and green. I used the blue distress ink to stamp the "birthday" and to brush onto the die-cut "wishes" from Pink and Main. The last thing I did was add some iridescent diamonds to the rainbow stripes.
