Belli Challenge #50 - Soul in the Sky
This week's Belli Challenge is to find your old stamps, dust them off, and ink them up again. Since last week we inked up our new stamps, this week we are playing with our beloved yet neglected stamps.
I looked through some of my older stamps, and this hummingbird image cried out to me. It's been a long time since I played with this one from Cornish Heritage Farms. I simply colored it with copic markers and cut it out, then adhered it to some nestability scalloped ovals. The centers of the flowers have a tiny bit of Yellow Stickles in there. This is a nice flat card that will be perfect for mailing to a special someone. Could that be you? Leave a comment on this posting and I will pick a name on Sunday, January 18!! Good luck!!
Play in our challenge this week and use keyword CBC50 if you upload to SCS or PCP. Here's a little more inspiration for you from the other Belli Girls:
Shelly Koskinen
Jennifer Greco
Chris Dickinson
Ceal Pritchett
Christi Thorsen
Danita Hollander
Joan Ervin
Karen Gibson
Debby McGillivray
Stamps: Bird Sampler, Vintage Butterflies (both from Cornish Heritage Farms)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Cameo Coral
CS: Cameo Coral, White, River Rock, Ginger Blossom dsp
Other: copic markers, sponge, nestabilities, Yellow Stickles

Beautiful card. Now to dust off some stamps that have been long neglected. First, I have to finish the baby announcements I am working on.

Gorgeous card Holly, the colouring is lovely and I really like the way you've arranged the cut out bird over the ovals - great job!
Holly you are awesome, you do such a great job with color, using the copics and choosing your design. Now I need to dust off some stamp sets also.
