SPRING card
I saw a card that Lauri Seago had created, and I just fell in love. So I cased her card found here, and changed up a few things. For one, I used a bird instead of a butterfly, and I used different cardstock and designer paper colors. It's fun to make different kinds of cards now and then. Ya gotta shake up that creativity once in a while! :-)
Everything on this card is from Stampin Up!
CS: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Bordering Blue, Pink Pirouette
DSP: Bella Birds
Die cuts: Birds and Blooms sizzlit 4-pack (pg 201), Little Leaves sizzlit (pg 200), Serif Essentials Alphabet bigz (pg 196)

Hi Holly! I "see" you on the CHF board and wanted to pop in your blog and say hi! I also wanted to make sure you got an answer to your question about my blooms. I answered on the forum but thought I'd let you know here too just to make sure you got it:)
Not a silly question at all! Yes, a glue dot or two hold them on quite nicely and the ones that are embellished with a little bud are still flat on the back so that they lay perfectly flat, didn't want that to be an issue. The other way I like to adhere them to my projects is to use Beacon's brand Kids Choice Glue. I got it because it said it would work for felt and fabric and it's non-toxic and it was cheap! There is drying time using it, but it dries clear and gives a strong permanent hold so the bloom isn't going anywhere:) You can get the glue at Mike's or Joanns.
Thanks so much for your interest and I love your creations!
