Cookie Cutter Egg Card
Isn't that CUTE??? Hee hee hee! I wanted to play around and have fun, so I pulled out my egg shaped cookie cutter, and traced it on some Banana cardstock. It was folded in half first, then I put the cookie cutter down so that the folded edge of the cardstock was inside the cookie cutter. I traced it with a pencil, then cut it out.
Then I had fun decorating the Easter egg. Isn't that the best part of making Easter eggs - the decorating?? :-) I stamped the flowers from SU's A Good Egg stamp set at the top and bottom of the egg, and then colored them in with a white gel pen, Celery marker, and Lavender Lace marker. I accented the centers of the flowers with a yellow Spica glitter pen.
For the middle of the egg, I wanted some Dew Drops, so I found some that sort of match the Celery and Lavender colors, and glued them down. The inside of the card is stamped with "happy easter" from the same A Good Egg stamp set.
Stamps: A Good Egg
CS: Banana
Inks: Stazon Black, Celery, Lavender Lace
Other: white gel pen, yellow Spica glitter pen, Dew Drops, cookie cutter
