Good morning! There's a great new stencil release at A Colorful Life Designs and I've had a blast playing with several of these new stencils. I created this card by pairing two of the new stencils together for an unexpected look that I really love.
I placed the new Abstract Swirls stencil over some aqua cardstock and brushed an aqua ink over the whole panel. After I removed the stencil, I wondered what would happen if I stenciled the Dotted Flowers over this panel. Sometimes you just gotta try things and see how it goes, so I placed the Dotted Flowers stencil over the aqua cardstock and brushed a darker teal ink over that. How cool is that? I couldn't cover up that fun background, so I cut the sentiment (Impression Obsession) from white cardstock and adhered it to the center of the double-stenciled panel. This panel was then glued to a white card base.
