Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your holiday with your family. Here's a sweet and simple card for you to enjoy while the turkey is cooking and the guys are watching football.
I used Lisa's Faux Patina technique found HERE to make the leaves. It was messy but so much fun to do. These leaves are so coppery and shimmery when you move the card around in the light.
The sentiment is so appropriate for today, isn't it? I hope you take a moment to reflect on all the good things going on in your lives today. This post will be short and sweet so you can get back to the kitchen before the rolls burn (yeah, I've done this too many times!!).
Stamps all from Cornish Heritage Farms: Happy Harvest (GM series), Nesting Oak Leaves (Shady Tree Studios series), Nesting Maple Leaves (Shady Tree Studios series)
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Fired Brick distress, Peeled Paint distress, Cosmic Copper Brilliance
CS: dark brown, textured vanilla, Simply Smooth White from CHF
Other: May Arts ribbon, Perfect Pearls, Spellbinders Nestabilities die, sponge
