I have some exciting news for y'all today. I am one of the new Design Team members for the Cardabilities sketch team! Today is my first post as a DT member, and I can't wait to show you what I created. First, here is sketch #13:
Don't you just love those swirls on the side? This gave me a chance to pull out some swirly rhinestone bling that I've been hoarding and put it to use on my first Cardabilities card.
I used a silver glitter pen to accent the rails on the sleigh. I also used a deep red glitter pen to color in the tiny berries in the holly border. Hopefully you can see the wonderful shimmer in this close-up picture:
Play along with us and create a card using this sketch. Post the link to your card over on the Cardabilities blog so we can all see your creation. For some more wonderful eye candy using this sketch, check out what the rest of the DT has done on the Cardabilities blog. I'm looking forward to showing you my next Cardabilities creation, so tune in on October 30 for the next sketch and samples. (Cardabilities has new sketches out on the 15th and 30th of every month.)
