CBCC #41 - Water

This week's CBCC Challenge is a water theme. I had to play with my Ocean Friends set from Cornish Heritage Farms. I created an underwater scene with fish, bubbles, starfish, leaves, and coral everywhere. The leaves and bubbles are glittered with Stickles, as well as the top of the "water." This will be a fun and cute card to mail 'just because.'
