Blog Candy
In case you haven't read her previous news, she has become a stamp designer for Sweet N Sassy Stamps. I have known Chrissy for three or four years now, and I had no idea she could DRAW. When she showed me some of her ideas, I was blown away. This gal can DRAW!!! I seriously cannot wait til her stamps are available for sale (September 1). You'll probably see me posting and gushing about Chrissy when I've had a chance to play with her new stamps. :-)
Go check out her blog and enter for your chance to win her blog candy.
Have a great weekend!!

Bella Rose Blooming card
I wanted to play with some of the new In Colors and the new Bella Rose designer paper. Isn't that paper gorgeous? It will be in the new Fall/Winter Stampin Up catalog. Just a few more weeks and we can have these in our hot little hands!!! I'm so excited!
I used sketch AMYRS31 for this card. Do you see the little scallops on the new green Kiwi Kiss paper? That is the new Scallop Edge punch. I love it!
The red paper is called Riding Hood Red, the green is Kiwi Kiss, and the pale soft pink is called Pink Pirouette. The other colors that will be introduced are Pacific Point (nice rich blue), Baja Breeze (softer blue), and Tangerine Tango (nice rich orange). These colors will be fun to play with.
I hope you liked this little sneak peak! :-)

Belli Challenge #25 - envelopes
This week's Belli Challenge is to create something using envelopes. I made some cocoa holders with a couple of regular business sized envelopes. It is quick and easy - seal the envelope, cut it in half, stamp your background (if you wish), and crimp just the bottom envelope. Don't crimp the upper half of the envelope.
You can go crazy with any kind of images to go on the top (outer) half of the envelope. I kept mine simple so I can slide the bottom crimped half up inside without it catching on brads or eyelets or ribbons. These are fun! Try one!
When you upload your envelope challenge to SCS, please use keyword CBC25 . If you need more inspiration, check out these blogs:

Glimmered Bookmark Tag
I wanted to try a tag tonight, just for something different. This turned out to be a lot of fun, and I think I'll make a bunch of these for bookmarks for my friends and family.
I sprayed 4 different colors of Glimmer Mists onto the tag and let it dry before stamping all the different images on it. I hope you can see the shimmer and sparkle of the Glimmer Mists. It's so pretty in real life.
All these stamps are from Cornish Heritage Farms. I've listed the names of the sets below:
Stamps: Motivational Centers, Nature Silhouettes, Beautiful (all from Cornish Heritage Farms)
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
Tag: Paper Reflections (Michaels, Hobby Lobby)
Glimmer Mists: Coral, Olive Vine, Sunflower, Creme de Chocolate
Ribbon: retired SU black organdy, retired SU gold elastic cord

Belli Challenge #24 - circles
Today's Belli Challenge is to use circles on your card. You can punch them out with circle punches, stamp circles on your card, or even have polka dotted paper on your card. :-) Just get some circles on there some way. Look closely and you will see that I used a silver zig painty pen on the bell and on the snowflakes.
These stamps are all from Cornish Heritage Farms. I just had to play with some fun colors and some fun Christmas images to celebrate Christmas in July. I sort of cased this layout from Kimmie - here is the card I was looking at: Frog of Faith - circle card. Scroll down and you will see her circle card. :-) Thanks, Kimmie!
Why don't you play with us? Show us your circle cards!
Stamps: Heart Warmers, Christmas Cheer (Cornish Heritage Farms)
Ink: Pixie Pink, Bashful Blue, Celery, Black stazon
CS: Pixie Pink, Bashful Blue, Wasabi dp, Prism smooth white

Kim's Sketch Challenge - SBS9
Daisy D Scarecrow Harvest
I inked up the scarecrow and mini pumpkins to create a "scene" - just imagine a field of pumpkins with a scarecrow in the middle. It's hard to see, since I sponged and distressed the edges, but I inked up just the grassy part under the scarecrow and stamped several bunches of grass. All these stamps are from All Things Fall (The Rummage Bin line) at Cornish Heritage Farms .
I had cut the red panel behind the scarecrow from Ruby Red cardstock, but I wasn't happy with the pale red color from that. So..... I pulled out the Fired Brick distress ink and inked up the Ruby Red cs. Now I LOVE that rich red color.
Stamps: All Things Fall (from http://www.cornishheritagefarms.com/ )
Ink: Fired Brick and Walnut Stain distress inks
CS: Ruby Red, Mustard, Chocolate Chip
Designer paper - Daisy D French Market swatches
Other: Taupe hemp jewely cord, Rich Regal button, Earth Elements buttons, distressing tool, sponge, pinking shears

Belli Challenge #23 - Patterned Paper
Clean and simple, right? This came together so quickly. Just a couple of papers, and something to go down the middle, and voila! Paper is from Basic Grey's Lily Kate collection, and the shimmery flowers came from Michaels.
This one came out of nowhere for me. I wanted to play with my Glimmer Mists and I also had some of the Glimmer Mist chipboard. Hmmmmmmm...... putting the two together sounded like fun! I sprayed the looking glass with Deep Plum Glimmer Mist, and then aged it up a bit on the edges with Walnut Stain Distress ink. Paper is from Cosmo Cricket's Fleuriste.
This one is all Stampin Up! products. I used three different papers from the Wintergreen designer papers, and I stamped on the blue paper (swirls) and the green paper at the bottom (words). The stamps are all from Season of Joy - I just love this set. I'm crossing my fingers that it will be in the new catty in August. :-)
Pull your papers out and play with us!
