Paper Perfection CD Blog Hop

Good morning, everyone!  We at Technique Junkies are having a fun blog hop today to celebrate the launch of the newest CD called Paper Perfection.  If you have come here from Jane Bosi's blog, you are on the right track.  If not, please start at the beginning by going to the Technique Junkies blog - you don't want to miss any of the fabulous artwork today!

This Paper Perfection CD has 45 pdf tutorials to show you all the fun things you can do with your stash of designer papers.  You can click on this link here to see a pictorial Table of Contents of all the great techniques on this CD.  If you are anything like me, you have a TON of patterned papers.  The techniques on this Paper Perfection CD will help you whittle down your stash, so check out the details on how to order your CD here.

I've created two projects to share with you today.  The first one uses the Faux Silk Designer Paper technique, and I've used a wonderful vintage stamp called Girl Reading from About Art Accents (one of our TJ vendors) on this card.  There is a subtle shimmer in my background because of the secret ingredient used in the Faux Silk Designer Paper technique.  I love using this Faux Silk Designer Paper technique with vintage stamps like these - they are just made for each other!  :-)

For my second card, I've used the Dimensional Rounded Petals technique.  This technique produces a cool, retro, ultra-hip flower with lots of dimension and texture.  I added a couple of buttons tied with twine to the center.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you've enjoyed my artwork.  To go to your next stop, please visit Hetty's blog and have fun!
