Butterflies Three

I found a sketch on the Copics Colour Challenge site, and thought I'd give it a whirl. I found this gorgeous sentiment stamp in my collection, so I looked for some butterflies to go with it. My friend Chrissy's digital butterfly from Sweet N Sassy Stamps is perfect for this. I resized the butterfly image and printed it out on white cardstock.

To color the butterflies, I picked three Copic colors that matched the background paper - RV11, BV11, and YG03. I'm wishing I had that airbrush system now so I could airbrush a pale blue background onto the little butterfly squares. :-)

Stamps: Verses Rubber Stamps, digital Lunar Moth image from Sweet N Sassy Stamps
Ink: Chocolate Chip, printer ink for butterflies
CS: Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirouette, White, Lily Kate dsp from Basic Grey
Other: pale pink organdy ribbon, nestabilities, Copic markers
