Belli Challenge #9 - Glitter

I created these cards for Chrissy's Belli Challenge. This week's challenge is to use glitter on your cards or projects. I love glitter, so this was a lot of fun.

The Easter egg and chick image is from Asela's Easter 2008 release over at Cornish Heritage Farms. I filled in sections of the egg with Art Institute glue, covered with glitter, and let it dry. Then I moved to another section and glittered with a different color, and again for the third color. All three glitters are from the Art Institute, and you can find a ton of their glitters at Cornish Heritage Farms.

The card with the big glittery "h" has the new Stampin Up chunky glitter on a sticky letter. So much fun!!! If you haven't tried chunky glitter, you really should.

The next card with the pink, green and blue glittery flowers was quick and easy. I found some glue rub ons at Walmart that came with some tiny bottles of glitter. Just cut out the rub on, use the stick to press the glue into the card, and sprinkle with glitter. Easy peasy!

On the last card, I popped out a couple of the die cut blooms (Stampin Up), covered the orange one with another one of the Walmart glue run ons, and covered it with Red Glitter (retired Stampin Up). I stamped some orange and green teeny flowers from the Friendship Blooms set (SAB free set), cut them out, and placed them randomly on the left side. I put a tiny dot of Christmas Red Stickles (glitter glue) on the top of the tiny flowers.

Enjoy the eye candy below:
